I have asked for help and I do not receive a response


If user support has redirected you to the software distribution service, please note that:

  • Software licenses that require a purchase depend on the orders with the suppliers and may take a few days to process.
  • If you have not received a response within a couple of days, it may be due to the fact that your email has been filtered as spam or sent from an unofficial email address of the University. Try again, making sure to use an appropriate email address .
  • Consultations on installation must be requested through the computer support indicated in the previous point.
